Working with your colleagues, your seniors and your juniors can be absolutely wonderful when things are going well and the sense of “team” is present and prioritized.
However, when people don’t keep their word, or don’t fulfill their obligations, or forget that we are human beings with human needs……things in the workplace can become very hostile.
